Data protection
In order to promote transparency in the handling of personal data and thereby increase user confidence in the Internet, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH will explain below which data are collected and how these are used.
Background to data protection
As a general rule, you can access and browse all Internet pages of W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH without disclosure of any personal information. Where your name, address or any other personal data are required for a specific purpose, you will be advised of this beforehand. Your personal usage data will be utilized to enhance the quality of the service provided for you by W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH.
Any personal data disclosed to W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH via the Internet, e.g. for the purposes of correspondence, will be handled with the utmost discretion in accordance with the stringent provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act ("Bundesdatenschutzgesetz").
Whenever Internet users access its website, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH is provided with the associated usage data (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed), which are stored for security purposes and may permit a later identification of the user. These data are processed by W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH for the purposes of analysing user behaviour and preparing statistics. Disclosure of personal information to third parties
Where obliged by law or court order, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH will disclose your data on the required scale to any duly authorized bodies.
In all other cases, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH will not, without your express consent, disclose your data to any third parties.
Right of revocation
W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH will refrain from using your personal data for the purpose of contacting you and/or will delete these data should you request this.
Any data that are essential for the processing of orders or for commercial purposes will not be affected by such a request and will not be deleted.
Please note that a personalized service - which necessitates the use of customer data - can no longer be provided following revocation.
Use of cookies
Although no cookies are currently used on its website, W&P Immobilienberatung GmbH reserves the right to use cookies at a later date should they become essential for user functions or to support website navigation. In this event, the use of cookies will be limited to the above-mentioned purposes and no information will be disclosed to third parties.
